A two-storey building of about 16 × 21 m, set on the street front along the Raban route, with shop windows facing south and independent access to the apartments.
Ground-floor shops
High-traffic retail and restaurant units, curtain wall and large glazed frames, 3 m clear height.

Upstairs, apartments served by an outdoor staircase, with terraces and railings on the courtyard side.
