Bellevi Group is an investment and operating holding company. Its divisions Bellevi_consulting, Bellevi_immo (SCI 904 Raban) and Bellevi_food are carried by separate companies, whose details appear on their respective contractual documents.

03 · Intellectual property

All the content of the site (texts, Bellevi_ logotypes, 2026 visual identity, photographs, videos, 3D models, renderings of the 904 Raban project) is protected by copyright and trademark law. Any reproduction, representation or distribution, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Bellevi Group is prohibited.

The brands and logotypes of the chains, schools and partners mentioned belong to their respective owners.

04 · Personal data

Data controller: Bellevi Group SASU, Cayenne. Purpose: to answer your request and, where relevant, prepare a business relationship. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request and Bellevi Group's legitimate interest in answering the requests it receives.

The information sent through the contact form or by email is intended solely for Bellevi Group in order to answer your request. It is neither transferred nor sold, and is kept for as long as needed to handle the request, then for at most three years after the last contact. Delivery of the form’s emails is entrusted to Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 9-17 rue Salneuve, 75017 Paris, France), hosted in the European Union, which makes no other use of it.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to set instructions on what happens to your data after your death. You can exercise these rights by writing to direction@bellevigroup.com. If, after contacting us, you feel your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

05 · Cookies and trackers

The site only sets trackers needed for it to work, which are exempt from consent: the chosen language (pll_language cookie, 1 year), the memory of your cookie choice (bv_consentement, 6 months), showing the opening animation only once (browser session storage) and, for the team, WordPress login cookies.

Audience measurement, when enabled, is only loaded after your consent. No advertising tracker, social media button or notification service is loaded. Fonts and videos are served from our own servers, with no call to third-party services.
